  Really Sorry to have to put this but today went into Jennys and we firstly had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Then when we did start to give our order we were informed that there were no fizzy drinks as the machine was not working. My husband and I ordered Fresh Orange Juice but asked for no Ice and my Mother in law ordered a small Tea. My husband and Mother in law also ordered food. When the waitress bought out the drinks she spilt the orange juice that she gave to my husband and apologised. She then went to give me mine and also spilt this ( some of which went on our grandchild who was in his buggy). I did not get an apology. I went to drink the Orange Juice and the glass was very warm and so was the Juice. I asked for it to be changed and the waitress too it away but did not bring a replacement. When I went to pay the bill I informed the staff that I was still waiting for a replacement and she said she was informed I did not want it but as I had drank some I still had to pay for it. I said I was not prepared to pay for a drink that I did not drink and that was warm. She said that if I had had ice there would not have been a problem and maybe next time I should not order Orange Juice. Quite disappointed to say the least
